"Feel it to Heal IT" Guided Meditation

This is a very powerful guided meditation done by my husband, Jonathan Liu. 

When you do this meditation, it's important for you to ALLOW as emotions, images, memories, or thoughts come up.

When you're done, you can even go back to your journal and jot down some of the thoughts that came to you or simply just write down your experience with this meditation.


Remember you can do this meditation as many time as you'd like :) 


Each time you do it, it may just help you dive another layer deeper to help you let go what's no longer serving you :)
